- Brooms, Wipers & Cleaning Tools
- Other products launched by the Company from time to time.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to revise product prices due to changes in raw material costs, taxes or market conditions.
6. Orders & Payments
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation or as per approved credit terms. The Company reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on location, transport availability or unforeseen circumstances. Mr.Clinic shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
8. Returns & Replacement
Replacement requests will be accepted only for manufacturing defects or products damaged during transit, subject to verification. Claims must be reported within the Company's prescribed time after delivery.
9. Distributor & Dealer Policy
Authorized distributors and dealers must follow the Company's pricing, branding and sales policies. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealership for policy violations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Mr.Clinic Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products or website.
11. Privacy
Customer information will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties except where required by law.
